Privacy Policy

What we collect

No account registration or web form is required to access content on this site.

When you visit the blog, our visitor counter submits the current page path to our own API. We store only the page path and an aggregate view count in Cloudflare KV. The counter does not store IP addresses, user-agent strings, referrers, cookies, or identifiers that distinguish one visitor from another.

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address, the contents of your message, and any other information you choose to provide. We use that information to respond to and manage your enquiry or privacy request.

Browser storage

The site saves your light or dark theme preference in your browser's local storage. The preference remains on your device, is not sent to our server, and is not used for tracking.

Third-party services

Cloudflare provides hosting, network, security, and key-value storage services for nuphirho.dev and blog.nuphirho.dev. Cloudflare may process request metadata, including your IP address and browser information, as part of providing those services. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Google Fonts provides the fonts used by both sites. Your browser requests font files from Google, which may receive request metadata such as your IP address and browser information. See Google's privacy policy.

Global Privacy Control

We do not sell or share personal data. Global Privacy Control signals are respected by default because we do not engage in the activities GPC is designed to prevent.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal data that we hold about you. Because the visitor counter stores no visitor identifier, its aggregate counts cannot be linked back to an individual. Contact privacy@nuphirho.dev.
